PLM Heating provides Installation, Repair and Servicing services to its customers, for the following: 

1.     Household Domestic Appliances and their associated pipework

• All Pressure Jet Appliances
• Installation of Tanks

2.     Caravans, Motorhomes, Trailer Tents & Residential Park Homes and their associated pipework

• LPG

• Cookers
• Refrigerators
• Warm Air Heaters
• Water Heaters

3.     Landlords/ Letting Agents Safety Checks

• We can provide the legally required Gas Safety Check CP12 for gas appliances. Although not legally required, but highly recommended, we can provide the same service for oil fired appliances.

4.    Works Notification

• We can notify  and self certify any Gas/Oil works, that require notification, to the Local Buildings Control Officer. This is done through our relevant registered bodies (Gassafe & OFTEC). Doing it through us cuts down both the time and cost of notification to the Local Council.

5.    Installation of Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Fire Detectors

• We can carry out a survey to find the best position for your detector(s) and fit them. We will then include them in your annual service schedule (at additional cost). On installation we will ensure you know how to operate/test them at the required intervals and also the actions to be taken on hearing the detector(s) alarm.
